Took Stinker to the vet on Monday. We told the vet we have been feeding Stinker every 4 hours and he doesn't poop as much as we would like. The vet looked him over and said he is more worried about Stinker probably having insulinoma than having trouble with the spleen. We are to continue to feed Stinker every 4 hours, until he starts eating on his own. Plus he is on .1 pred twice a day for at least two weeks. We have to call Dr. O next week monday to let him know how Stinker is doing. Fingers crossed Stinker starts eating on his own.

*hugs* for you and Stinker. Hope things get regulated soon... insulinoma is a hard one to treat! If he has to stay on the pred, think about getting some carafate to coat his tummy, too, and you know to feed him before the meds.
